Jaguar Land Rover Chief, passed away

Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Land Rover, who joined as CEO in 2005, Geoff Polites, has died at the age of 60.

Polites steered the brand in the right direction and was credited for his achievements, as well as holding previous positions in a similar role, not to mentioned being named Ford Australia’s Dealer of the Year on three separate occasions.

According to co-workers, Polites had been battling a long term illness, but passed away peacefully.
