Indianapolis 500

Anyone watch the race? Or a fan for that matter. I live in Indiana, but I am apparently a bad "hoosier" I have lived here all my life and not watched a single race, either on tv or in person.

My husband watches the race, so I see bits and piecesof it. But just to sit down and watch the whole thing I don't do that.

circle track races/ road courses, are usually too long for me to watch(short attention span). At least, unless I'm driving in the race.

I do like drag racing, and do that often (when I can keep the car running). I also like AutoX, there's just nowhere around here that I know of to do it legally.

See, I agree with Mikelb. I would rather be doing than watching. It would be a heck of a lot more fun. I didnt watch it. In fact, I think the only way I would is if I went to the race with friends and we kind of partied while we were there. THAT is the way to watch a race.

oh yeah, I could party and watch a race... but at the moment it's not feasible

I used to watch the race every year, my dad is into racing. I have not been interested in recent years though.
