but quitting isn't that easy really... i've been trying as well but there's always a place for temptation and you can't resist it...

i know it is tough. this is the longest i have ever gone. way too much stress in my life.

i am going to take some time off from quitting.

it's really hard stop something that you've always been doing...try not to light the cigar..it would help..i'm lucky i did not try to smoke even once..

you can do it...

unfortunately i quit quitting for a while.

this year long quit took a lot out of me. i also gained over 120lbs.

since restarting, i have lost 50lbs so far.

i've tried quitting... tried resisting for a year... but afterwards, here i am again... puffing.

I have managed to keep smoking under control. Then again, I don't really have the addictive personality. It's hard to know what is worse with smoking, though - binge smoking or constantly smoking.

I know that binge drinking is worse than constantly drinking...

3 hours on the M1 without a cigarette sounds more dangerous than smoking to me. Road rage...............
