Default Snowmobiles?

I've never owned a snowmobile, but some family members have. This year would have been a bad year for snowmobiling in this area, because of lack of snow.

Does anybody here get into that sport?

my wife's family is really into it.

my brother in law has a really nice and fast trail sled and my father in law has a former trail sled converted to asphalt. that puppy runs high 9's in the 1/4 mile!

I have never owned a snowmobile. But my son-in-law has. And he has taken me for many rides. Sometimes he scares me to death.

he hasn't peaked it out yet.

it revs over 17,000 rpms without even trying. it is sick.

i think he has only hit about 145 so far. he only got to take it out a few times last year. he is still dialing it in.

Holy crap man... only 145... lol... that's insane... that's the fastest I've ever been in a car, and this snowmobile is doing it...

what's scary is the contact patch of the rubber track he has driving this thing.

5 ft of rubber touching the street and he can do a burnout like it is nothing.
