The car looks good! What wheels are you going with?

The wheels I wanna get are 17" Black Axis Reverbs.

However, I broke the bank to get the coilovers and sway bars. So it looks like the wheels may not happen until next year. The rest of this year's fund is going towards maintenance and crap. D'oh, oh well, I'm happy with my purchase :up:

Nice. I like the rims too. I think they would look sexy with the orange. Did you do the install yourself or did your buddy you told me about do it?

Two of my buddies helped out with the coilover installation. I'd say all three of us did it, but I was just doing small things like clean up duty, haha.

Indeed indeed, I haven't seen them around Winnipeg either, on any car. So hopefully they won't start popping up everywhere next year as well.

keep it with the stock wheels!! they look good and you'll also be the only guy with stock wheels! i like the look. i would spend my $ on other fast goodies. "sweat ride!"

Hah, although I really do like the stock wheels. I ran into another silver GTI VR6 with the same wheels on. He's like my dopplegangar now haha.
